“The home is beautifully renovated with super comfortable furniture and beds. We rented for several weeks as a winter getaway and had family and friends pop in for visits along the way making great memories in an amazing home away from home. Everything you could possibly need is provided, super clean, great yard for our dog, beautiful outdoor area for relaxing, eating, watching TV. We will definitely return and highly recommend.”

“Palmetto Prestige Vacations was exceptionally responsive to communications. The house had every kitchen essential and was very organized, not full of clutter. The new appliances functioned well and a drawer full of herbs and starter coffee were nice perks. Great outdoors space that let the sunlight in. We loved the comfy couches by the fireplace, the most comfortable place to sit and relax with a drink or read. Both the patio table and indoor dining table had room for all eight of us to enjoy meals together, which was great. Would recommend a couple good task lamps by the chairs for reading in the living room. Everything was well-appointed and the bathrooms we were well-stocked too. It all looked just like the photos online. We had a fabulous week for our annual sibling & spouses reunion!”

“I cannot recommend Governor’s Quarters enough! It had everything you could possibly ask for. All the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner...the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook meals and not to mention the home was beautifully decorated and with natural lighting! We loved using the outside table for breakfast and evening drinks! Do not hesitate to book here!”

Let me first say, I’m picky, VERY picky, I almost, always, never sleep well if I’m not at home, and I notice corners, every little thing in corners, well that didn’t happen here, I slept like a dream every single night and the entire, ENTIRE home was spotless and even better than the photos, we love Sea Pines, but the Governors Quarters was truly a Diamond in the rough, my family stayed there for 8 days and we wished we had more time, the ability to access the pool, beach and local fare was such a bonus, we can’t wait to return, Bravo, job well done!”
